Over 1,000,000 Perot eclipse glasses!

American Paper Optics teamed up with the people at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science to manufacture well over 1,000,000 eclipse glasses! 

On April 8, 2024, thousands experienced the wonder of the Great North American Eclipse at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, in partnership with Carnegie Science. 

In the lead-up to the event, the Perot Museum distributed eclipse glasses and educational resources throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth community. Carnegie Science astronomers also shared their expertise with Museum visitors, schools, and community events across the city.
